What will I do?

Before setting off…

Completing our 120 hour TEFL course, you’ll be equipped with the knowledge and skills required to teach in Vietnam. On top of this, our in-country team helps you arrange your documentation while you pack your bags.

Beginning your adventure…

Don’t fret, we’ll be there to meet you at the airport. Our in-country team will introduce you to the like-minded gang of TEFL adventurers taking part in the program and you’ll soon be making new life-long friends. We then begin our immersive cultural orientation, including Vietnamese lessons, martial arts classes, a visit down into the Cu-Chi Tunnels and much more. You are sure to have lots of fun, acclimatizing to your new home and getting ready to begin teaching!

The teaching begins!

Discussing the options and your preferences with the team, we investigate the different locations and opportunities we hold in Vietnam. Be it teaching in a public school or private language centre (or both!), you’ll find the students are hugely enthusiastic no matter the venue. Public schools solely educate children but you’ll find language centres cater infants up to adults. With the working week being 20-30 hours, you’ll find plenty of time to explore the country. And with the generous pay put against the cost of living, you are sure to enjoy yourself. From a simple bowl of Pho to the famous Hoi An Floating Lantern Festival, experiences both big and small are sure to be life changing.   

Finished…?

After completing your placement, you’ll receive your completion bonus. But if you haven’t had your fill and you love what you’re doing, you can continue for another term!
